Our mission is to ensure that the people who are impacted by a decision or outcome are the ones who are able to collectively shape it. We work with communities and organizations that are seeking support in group alignment or collective decision-making for their future, and help them create new ways of working together. We support these groups by offering training services, facilitation services, and technical assistance + consulting support.

Work with us
We offer training, facilitation, and consulting services that support collective decision-making models within an explicit anti-racism framework. We can help you develop your team's leadership skills, co-create programming with those you serve, plan for your organization or community’s future, engage your community in decision-making, and more. We work with local community organizations, non-profits, educational institutions, networks and coalitions, philanthropic organizations, small businesses, and government agencies.
Training
We provide a variety of training services. We co-design and tailor our training to meet their specific use cases and objectives. We are not a traditional consultancy; we are a non-profit whose aim is to build the capacity of the organizations we work with. To that end, we work with our partners to make sure that they feel well prepared post-training, and we offer technical assistance and ongoing support as needed until our partners are able to embed and integrate the information into their workflow.
Facilitation
We offer a wide-variety of facilitation services that support each group’s journey towards their collective goals. We make it easier for groups to see their latent alignment, collectively make decisions on hard issues, and be inclusive in their planning. We facilitate in all sectors, and we also offer content expertise on race-related efforts, environment, and community engagement/development.
Consulting
We offer design consulting and ongoing technical assistance to our partners. We work with groups who are seeking to co-design their programming efforts, re-design engagement plans and strategies, and anything else that might require participatory design expertise. We also have content expertise in designing and facilitating networks, coalitions, and communities of practice—both within sectors and across different sectors.
