Facilitation Services

We offer participatory facilitation services including strategic planning, conflict resolution, co-design processes, group processes, and community engagement.

 

We offer a wide variety of facilitation services that support each group’s journey towards their collective goals. We make it easier for groups to see their latent alignment, collectively make decisions on hard issues, and be inclusive in their planning. We facilitate in all sectors and also offer content expertise on race-related efforts, environment, and community engagement/development.

 
 
 

Our facilitation services include:

Community Engagement and Planning

We support organizations and communities to engage their community members in planning and decision-making. We will work with relevant stakeholders to co-design long-term community plans, short-term community input sessions, and community education and engagement efforts. We specialize in comprehensive community planning (sometimes known as quality-of-life planning) and community engagement and input on development efforts.

Conference/ Event/ Retreats

We offer design and facilitation services for retreats, events, and conferences.

Organizational Planning

We work with non-profit, philanthropic, and government agencies to do organizational planning and change management. This support includes but is not limited to strategic planning efforts, scenario planning, conflict resolution, anti-racism efforts, and planning.

Coalition/Network Support

We work with newly-formed and long-standing coalitions, networks, or multi-stakeholder groups to form alignment and set the stage for planning efforts. Our co-design teams are a key element to this work and have representation from a variety of stakeholders. We help these networks, coalitions, and movement-based groups with project or program planning, building out their own infrastructure, project implementation support, long-range planning, and more.
